UI Library has two licenses: the MIT license for the free library, and the Pro license for Pro blocks. Each component page says which one applies.

Free components: MIT

Every component, chart and block that is not marked Pro is free to use, change and ship in personal and commercial work, under this license:

Pro blocks: the Pro license

Buying Pro gives you a license to the Pro blocks under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of them.

  • One developer. A license covers one person: the buyer, or, when a company buys it, the one developer it is bought for. Everyone else who installs, reads or edits Pro source needs their own license.
  • Unlimited projects. Use Pro blocks in as many projects as you like, personal or commercial, including work for clients and products you sell, with no time limit.
  • Change them freely. Edit, restyle and combine the Pro source as you need.
  • Ship them inside your product. Pro blocks can be part of the app, site or product you deliver. Your users and clients may use that product, but they do not get a license to the Pro source itself.
  • Updates. Pro blocks added after you buy are included at no further cost.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense or give away the Pro source or your install token, on its own or as a template, starter kit or code snippet.
  • Publish the Pro source where others can copy it, such as a public repository, except as part of a built product.
  • Use Pro blocks in a component library, UI kit, design system for sale or any product that lets others build with them.

The license ends if you break these terms, and you must then stop using the Pro source in new work. Pro blocks are provided as is, as set out in the terms. Questions about a use not covered here: support@uilibrary.dev.
