These terms cover uilibrary.dev, the components and blocks on it, the MCP server, llms.txt, the agent skill, accounts and UI Library Pro. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
“UI Library”, “we” and “us” mean the provider of uilibrary.dev. You can reach us at support@uilibrary.dev.
The free library
The free components, charts and blocks are released under the MIT license, which lets you use, change and ship them in personal and commercial work. The license page has its full text. Where these terms and the MIT license differ about the free code, the MIT license wins.
The MCP server and other services
The MCP server, llms.txt, the catalog and the install registry are free and need no account. We offer them as they are and may change, limit or stop them at any time. Do not overload them, scrape them in a way that harms other users, or try to get around a limit or a protection.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure: whoever can read it can use your account. You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live.
A Pro account gets an install token. It is yours alone, like a password. Do not share or publish it. We may revoke a token that has been shared or misused and issue you a new one.
UI Library Pro
Pro costs $149 once, as shown at checkout. It gives the buyer the source of every Pro block, and of every Pro block added later at no further cost for as long as we offer Pro, under the Pro license on the license page. A Pro license is for one developer.
Payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax and sends the receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment. Pro is delivered as soon as the payment goes through.
All Pro sales are final, except as set out in the refund policy.
What you may not do
- Resell, share or publish the Pro source or your install token, or give others access to it.
- Use the components, Pro or not, to build a component library, UI kit, template marketplace or similar product that competes with UI Library.
- Use the site or its services to break the law, or to attack, probe or disrupt them.
Ownership
We keep all rights in the site, the UI Library name and logo, and the Pro source. Buying Pro gets you a license to use the Pro source, not ownership of it. The code you write around our components is yours.
No warranty
The site, the services and all code, free and Pro, are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that they are fit for a particular purpose, free of errors or always available. Test what you ship.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, or $0 if you used only the free library. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending
You can stop using UI Library at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account, and end its Pro license, if it breaks these terms. Code you obtained under the MIT license stays yours to use under that license.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for Pro buyers, we will email them before it takes effect. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Disputes
If a dispute comes up, write to us first and we will try to settle it informally. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
